dc.description.abstract | This dataset contains the raw data used to determine the mobiisation rates of E. coli and intestinal enterococci from three different faeal sources: dairy cow, deer and goose faeces. The data were collected as part of a larger programme of PhD research to investigate the relative contributions of livestock, wildlife and wildfowl to faecal pollution of surface waters. The dataset includes all replicate CFU counts and the quantity and weight measurements of faeces and atificial rainwater used in the DESPRAL mobilisation tests. | en_GB |
dc.description.tableofcontents | Faecal indicator bacteria mobilisation dataset: This dataset contains the raw data used to determine the mobiisation rates of E. coli and intestinal enterococci from three different faeal sources: dairy cow, deer and goose faeces. It includes all replicate CFU counts and the quantity and weight measurements of faeces and atificial rainwater used in the DESPRAL mobilisation tests. The Excel file contains 4 worksheets. One worksheet provides a description of each column headers used in the three other worksheets. The three other worksheets provide the raw data for the deer, dairy cow and goose faecal indicator bacteria mobilisation experiments. | en_GB |
