The 16th European Conference on Evolutionary Computation in Combinatorial Optimisation (EvoCOP 2016), 30 March - 1 April 2016, Porto, Portugal. The dataset describes the network structure of the local optima networks for the four TSPLIB Traveling Salesman Problem instances that are sampled in the paper.
