dc.description.abstract | A suite of over 65 audio recordings collected in terrestrial, aquatic, and subterranean systems around the world. These recordings accompany the paper "A practical manual for defining, calculating, and understanding current and future acoustic indices". They provide examples of different natural soundscape patterns, to aid those using the Acoustic Index User's Manual. The metadata .csv file includes a brief description of the sounds present in each recording, the location and country where the recording was collected, coordinates of the location, the date and time of day, the recording equipment used, and the recordist. | en_GB |
dc.description.tableofcontents | Metadata for each of the 60-second recordings (Example_recordings_metadata.csv), plus 67 individual .wav files. | en_GB |
