Data underpinning the empirical work conducted during an ESRC-funded PhD scholarship - Risk and Resilience in Scottish Charities; the data sets correspond to chapters 4 - 7 in the thesis of the same name (available at: http://hdl.handle.net/1893/26114). The quantitative data stems from two sources: administrative data from the Scottish Charity Register; and a self-completion questionnaire of 420 charities conducted during summer 2015. See the accompanying documentation (README.docx) for detailed descriptions of the data collection, cleaning and preparation work. Consult the thesis or accompanying journal articles to see how the data sets were analysed.en_GB
