ERP and Microstates of memory: Frequent alcohol-induced blackouts do not change behavioural performance but alter sober neural functioning Judith Jackson, David I Donaldson & Benjamin Dering Dataset compiled by Judith Jackson: judith.jackson1@stir.ac.uk The Dataset incorporates all behavioural data, Grand Averaged ERP data, statistics, and Microstate Segmentation analysis applied to the recognition and source memory study reported in 'ERP and Microstates of memory: Frequent alcohol-induced blackouts do not change behavioural performance but alter sober neural functioning'. [Behavioural Data]: File: Behavioural_Data.xlsx Tab 1: Data Description: Shows CR (correctly rejected new items), FA (false alarms), HH (correctly recognised item and recalled source colour), HM (correctly recognised item, incorrect source), Miss (old item not recognised), HHHM (accuracy by addition of both HH and HM), dPrime (z-scored HHHM + z-scored FA as a measure of discrimination between old and new items), and C (dPrime divided by 2 as a measure of response bias). Each score is the mean of 8 blocks of study and test responses. Tab 2: Summary_Statistics. Description: Output summaries from Jamovi statistical software. Details between group independent samples t-test results for each response type, with Cohen's d corrected effect size. Descriptive statistics are also included, split by group and response.
